An order is considered "big" if:
The sum of its dimensions (Length + Width + Height) exceeds 200 cm, or
The total weight exceeds 30 kg.
Fees for big orders:
A flat fee applies for standard-size orders.
Each additional kg above 30 kg incurs an extra charge.
Each additional cm above 200 cm incurs an extra charge.
Orders exceeding 60 kg or any single dimension over 2 meters are not eligible for delivery.
A $12/year annual service fee may apply, billed once per year for continued delivery support and priority handling.
All fees are in USD and may be converted at the daily market rate.
